Industrial heating elements, made to your drawing.
Cartridge, coil, band, nozzle, strip, tubular and ceramic infrared heaters, and the sensors that control them. Designed around the machine you already have, not picked from a shelf.

What we make
Seven families. Every one of them is made to a size, a wattage and a set of options you choose, and every option carries a code that follows the part from enquiry to delivery.
-
Cartridge Heaters
Bore mounted in moulds, platens and dies. Round, swaged, made to your length.
-
Coil Heaters
Hot runner nozzles and manifolds. Wound to the diameter, profiled along the length.
-
Ceramic and Mica Band and Nozzle Heaters
Barrels, cylinders, pipes and injection nozzles. One piece, split, expandable or partial coverage.
-
Strip Heaters
Flat and gently curved surfaces, sealing bars, platens and duct air.
-
Tubular Heaters
Air, liquids and surfaces. Straight, U form, W form or coiled to your drawing.
-
Thermocouples and Temperature Sensors
Types J, K, N, T, E, R, S, B and C, plus PT100, PT500 and PT1000 RTDs, made to length.
-
Ceramic Infrared Heaters
Radiant surface heating, thermoforming, drying and preheating.
Which machine are you heating?
Each industry page carries a process diagram with the heated zones marked and a table that maps the machine, zone by zone, to the element type that suits it.
- Injection MouldingEvery zone on the machine, from the dryer to the mould, with the element type that suits it.
- ExtrusionBarrel, adapter and die head heating for pipe, profile, sheet and film lines.
- Blow MouldingPreform reheat, extrusion head and neck tooling heating for PET and extrusion blow lines.
- Packaging MachinerySealing bars, cutting and creasing tools, shrink tunnels and hot melt tanks.
- Die and MouldHot stamping dies, press platens and mould preheat, where the heater lives inside the tool.
- Food ProcessingTanks, sealing tools, dryers and jacketed lines, in plant that gets washed down.
- Pharmaceutical MachineryBlister and tube sealing, granulation drying, jacketed vessels and validated temperature measurement.
- Rubber and ElastomersCuring and vulcanising platens, extruder barrels and mould heating.
- Other Industrial HeatingOvens, tanks, ducts, pipes and surfaces, in plant that does not fit any of the categories above.
An enquiry should arrive as a specification
A general contact form asks for a name, a phone number and a message. Ours asks for a heater: diameter, length, heated length, wattage, voltage, termination, lead protection, thermocouple, and the bore tolerance in your own part.
That is the difference between a quotation that takes three phone calls and one that goes out the same day.
Pick the family
The sizes, the options and the drawing all change to suit it.
Set the sizes
The drawing redraws as you type, so you can see the part you are asking for before you send it.
Send the document
Print it, email it or send it on WhatsApp. Nothing is stored on a server and there is no account to create.
Where each family sits on temperature
One scale, used the same way on every product page, so families can be compared at a glance rather than read one table at a time.

Each bar tops out at Swiftheat's confirmed maximum from that family's specification table. The lower end is indicative for the element type.
Made here, not traded
Swiftheat manufactures in Peenya Industrial Area, which is the difference between an element built to your drawing and one bought in and relabelled. It is also why a prototype can be made and tested before a production quantity is committed.
Custom design
Built to your drawing, your bore and your fit.
Reverse engineering
Send the old element and we will match it.
Prototypes
One off, made and tested, before a batch is committed.
Tested before despatch
Resistance, high voltage and dimensional checks.
Tell us what you need heated
If you know the specification, fill it in. If you do not, describe the machine and the temperature and our engineers will propose an element.
